INSECT FACTORY CASE STUDIES

LIVIN farms develops and implements modular industrial Black Soldier Fly (BSF) farming facilities for agricultural and agri-industrial businesses across Europe and beyond. Our case studies include a 4S-BSF rearing facility for an agricultural pig producer in Germany, producing approximately 1,000 tonnes of BSF larvae annually; a 6S-BSF rearing and processing facility in Southwestern Europe designed to produce around 780 tonnes of BSF protein powder per year; and a 2S-BSF rearing and breeding facility in Eastern Europe designed to produce approximately 260 tonnes of BSF protein powder annually. Depending on the project, our solutions include insect rearing and breeding facilities, processing, custom feed development, and weekly Seedlings™ deliveries.
